This website is operated by the Ishin Beauty brand team. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ishin Beauty. 2. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with the courts of Quezon City having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
3. Products & Health Disclaimers
- No Approved Therapeutic Claims: All Ishin products (including Ishin Premium, Lipothione, Ishin Curves, and Ishin C Plus) are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Allergen Warning: Our products contain premium ingredients including, but not limited to, Pearl Powder, Collagen (derived from shellfish), and Goat Milk. It is the user’s responsibility to review the ingredient list for potential allergens before consumption.
- Consultation: We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a pre-existing medical condition.
4. Sales & Payments
- Multi-Platform Purchasing: We facilitate sales through this Site, as well as through our official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. Purchases made on third-party platforms are subject to the respective platform’s terms of service.
- Pricing: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. We strive for “Quiet Luxury” pricing by removing the “marketing tax,” and we reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Territory: We currently offer shipping exclusively within the Philippines.
- Fulfillment Policy: We aim for 100% order accuracy. However, if an item is missing from your package, a refund for that specific item will be processed provided you follow our Video Proof Policy (see Section 6).
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
To maintain our high standards and low return rates, we adhere to the following:
- Video Proof Requirement: To protect both the brand and the customer, a full, unedited unboxing video is required to process any claims for missing, damaged, or wrong items. The video must show the waybill and the sealed state of the package before opening.
- 7-Day Return Window: Return requests must be made within seven (7) days of receipt. Products must be unopened, seals intact, and in their original packaging.
- Refund Processing: Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
7. Intellectual Property & AI Content
- Ownership: All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and “AI Soundbites,” is the property of Ishin Beauty.
- Restricted Use: You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our website media, scripts, or marketing materials for commercial use without express written consent.
- AI Interactions: We utilize AI to enhance your experience (e.g., scripts and support). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated information is for informational purposes. For critical health or order concerns, please verify with our human support team.
8. Distributor Network
These terms apply to retail customers. Authorized Distributors and Resellers are subject to a separate Distribution Agreement. Participation in our affiliate program is governed by the specific terms found on our Affiliate Application Page.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
