Eto na nga! I started taking #ishincurves last September 28, eto din yung araw na na receive ko yung sample.
That night, agad- agad sinubukan ko na sya inumin. 😂😂( Excited lang db?? ) At first, 1 capsule lang muna ako. Pinapakiramdaman ko muna kasi kung ano magiging effect. Then tinuloy tuloy ko na mag 1 capsule before bedtime. That’s the best time daw para uminom ng #ishincurves. Then after 2 weeks, ginawa ko ng 2 capsules before bedtime hanggang tuloy tuloy na sya.
