When I take my first bottle of Ishin. Nung mga after 3days pero 2capsule a day lang ako non, Napansin ko na parang inaantok ako tas ang haba ng tulog ko, which is okay for me kasi ang tulog ko talaga is 12 pero now 10pm palang inaantok nako. I whitening effect naman sa face ko sya nakikita pag gising mo mapapansin mo na yng glow. Haha basta ang ganda neto. BTW im 20years old. And I’m taking another bottle which is my 2nd bottle. May paparating pa akong dalawang bottle pero ngayon ang pagtake ko na is 4caps a day. 2caps before the breakfast /bedtime.

We smoke and drink talaga so far the only downside is nakaka gutom and nakaka antok. It’s been 4 days since I’ve been taking the product along with it’s Vitamin C. I have fair skin but I haven’t noticed any drastic change oa naman since it’s been days.
