The Policy of ISHIN all revolves around integrity. The three rules below are grounds for automatic termination as we believe it violates honesty & integrity.
- No Price Drops. The SRP is ₱350. You can sell above the SRP but not below it. You can offer discounts ONLY during holidays and sales events (e.g. 11.11). The duration of the sale is for one day only. This also means respecting the Distributor price model. Example: If you are a DD, do not offer CD price to resellers.
- Why we are doing this? To protect the downlines. What if the RDs drop the price significantly, the resellers and downlines will suffer.
- Respect the Distributor territory. Do not offer distributorship to other areas beyond your territory.
- Why we are doing this? To protect the distributor model and to make sure there are no cross area selling.
- How about Resellers? Resellers are FREE to get their stocks anywhere provided that they get it on a reseller price.
- How about Retail Sales? All distributors and resellers can sell at a retail price anywhere.
- Idle or no restock for 2 months. Minimum restock is dependent on the percentage set by your RD which is either 30% or 50% of the Full entry accumulated over 2 months.
- Why are we doing this? This is to protect the uplines. Idle distributors can be replaced by others who are more than willing to put in the work.
- Why is the percentage dependent on the RD? Each area is unique. Not all areas have the same demand as Manila. We also consider those affected by calamities. We will respect the RDs decision here.
- What is the 30% or 50% of the full entry?
- Do not ask your downlines to pay first. It is the responsibility of the upline to pay for the stocks BEFORE asking for any payment from their downlines. Uplines have the capacity to earn more but they should not use their downlines for capitalization. In the same manner, ISHIN is always FULLY PAID before it is able to get any stocks from the manufacturer without requiring any payment first.
- Why are we doing this? To protect the downlines. To prevent the uplines from using the money of the downlines as capital.
- Do not ask your uplines to hold the stocks. It is the responsibility of the downline to get the stocks from the upline once the stocks have arrived. Please settle with your uplines and get the stocks within 3 days upon its arrival.
- Why are we doing this? To protect the uplines from becoming the warehouse or storage facility of their downlines.
- Stocks should come from your uplines. Downlines should only get their stocks from their uplines. Do not get from other areas not within your territory. If you don’t have any stocks and your upline cannot provide yet, please ask permission from your upline first before getting elsewhere. If you are getting stocks from outside your territory, you can only get it at a Resellers Price to respect other territories.
- Shipping Fees are shouldered by the downlines.
- Shipping & Importation of Raw Materials. Shipping is paid by Main.
- Shipping from Main to RD. Shipping Fee is paid by RD.
- Shipping from RD to PD. Shipping Fee is paid by PD.
- Shipping from PD to DD. Shipping Fee is paid by DD.
- Shipping from DD to CD. Shipping Fee is paid by CD.
- Shipping Fee computation is based on the area of operations. If the RD is in Cebu and the PD is in Bohol. The PD pays for the shipping from Cebu to Bohol.
